Fairfax, VA, May 17, 2006—OC Systems, Inc. today announced a partnership with Wind River, the global leader in Device Software Optimization (DSO) to deliver development services centered around the Wind River^® Management Suite, also announced today. The Wind River Management Suite, which includes the Wind River^® Field Diagnostics and Wind River^® Workbench Diagnostics, uses advanced instrumentation technology called Sensor Points to enhance root-cause analysis, allowing developers to more effectively record, isolate, diagnose, debug and correct device faults in deployed devices, leading to faster development of higher quality device software.

Sensor Points dynamically instrument deployed applications using a non-invasive process that requires no application source code modification or application recompiles, hardware ROM flashes, or target device reboots.

OC Systems has joined Wind River's partner program and will be offering services to help Wind River's customers build libraries of Sensor Points and use Sensor Points more effectively.

OC Systems is offering three new services to users of the Wind River Management Suite: Sensor Point SureStart, Sensor Point RapidResponse and Custom Sensor Point Development.

Sensor Point SureStart
OC Systems consultants analyze the customer's system, determine what Sensor Points are needed and create a detailed project plan for development and delivery. Milestones, sensor point specifications, working practices and an engineer training schedule are mapped out as part of the plan. The consultants develop the necessary sensor points and return to install, implement and train the engineering team.

Sensor Point RapidResponse
When software development reaches a crisis state, OC Systems consultants join the customer's team to resolve the problems quickly. The consultants will arrive with a set of Sensor Points to help quickly diagnose problems such as memory leaks, corruption, dead locks, priority inversions and transaction contention. The Sensor Points are then customized for the specific application.

Custom Sensor Point Development
OC System engineers work with the customer's engineering team to determine what information is needed and develop sensor points to collect this data.

Availability
Sensor Point services are available for the Wind River VxWorks and Linux platforms.
