Following are attempts to add watermark to pages so we can say "Work In Progress".

At the moment, z-index: -1 means the watermark is hidden behind things like code blocks,
and the syntax highlighter makes each line a div which I don't think will work well with this.
A high z-index means the image is always upfront, but then it blocks the edit window--I had to 
undo a revision via this page's history to get back control.
